Microcare is an advanced technical textile developed for the healthcare market. Winner of the AIT Innovation Award at introduction, Microcare uses two types of nano technology. NANO-SILVER® and NANO-CLEAN® technologies use non-scale particles which become permanently bonded to the fibers of the Microcare fabric.
Unlike standard water repellent or antimicrobial products that are simply coatings, Microcare’s Nano-Silver and Nano-Clean is incorporated right into the fabric. Even after 80,000 rubs they remain as effective as when new. Along with Nano-Silver and Nano-Clean, Microcare has a water and urine proof layer so fluids cannot penetrate the interior padding and foam and, at the same time, its unique ventilations system allows airflow for greater comfort.
